My favorite all vegetarian " chicken and beef " type seasoning are the McKays

and Bills best brand.

You can find them many places on the internet, in health food stores and at

Adventist Book Centers( www.adventistbookcenter.com ) They all have a

wonderful health food stores in them, even thought it doesn't mention it on

their website.
