Guest guest Posted February 20, 2009 Report Share Posted February 20, 2009 Blackberry Oatmeal WW Points=2 I like Oatmeal and mixing blackberries is even better. 1/4 cup Oregon Blackberries in light syrup (can substitute blueberries for same points) 1/4 cup Oats 3/4 cup water 1 package sweetener 1 Place oats and water in microwave proof bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. If too soupy, microwave 30 seconds longer. 2 Add Blueberries (berries with juice) and sweetener to oatmeal and stir.
