I don't use piping bags often and when I need one, I don't feel like spending time trying to figure out where I stashed them. I was searching for a recipe and happened upon this fantastic tip. Knowing what fantastic cooks are on this site, its probably old hat but I thought this was a great simple idea. No piping bag? If you don't have a piping bag, snip off a small corner of a plastic food bag. Spoon the filling into this and use it to pipe, instead. Why hadn't i thought of this, its so simple!
