Knowing what fantastic cooks are on this site, its probably old hat but I thought this was a great simple idea. No piping bag? If you don't have a piping bag, snip off a small corner of a plastic food bag. Spoon the filling into this and use it to pipe, instead. Why hadn't i thought of this, its so simple!
