Guest guest Posted January 5, 2009 Report Share Posted January 5, 2009 ok everyone...i gotta tell ya, i'm not a fan of brussel sprouts but i made this recipe and it was pretty good. let me know what you think! 1T butter 2/3 c heavy cream 2/3 c milk 2T grated parmesan cheese salt and pepper 1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts thinly sliced 1 garlic glove minced preheat to 350 and butter a shallow oven proof dish. mix together cream, milk, parmesan and salt and pepper. layer sprouts in bottem then pour milk mixture over. sprinkle little of the garlic on it. repeat till you run out of stuff! bake loosley covered for 1 1/2 hours. remove cover halfway through. return to oven till golden brown. i also diced up some smoked tofu and layered in there. pretty good stuff!
