Guest guest Posted August 1, 2009 Report Share Posted August 1, 2009 This is a wonderful relish for all sorts of stuff. It isn't dill and it isn't sweet, it is just flavorful. We eat it on traditional things like bratdogs but also put it onscrambled eggs. Katie Green Tomato relish 4lb. green tomatoes 2 med. green pepper 2 red pepper 4 cumbers unpeeled 2 onions (grate threw a food processor & drained (Put in cheese cloth) 3 cups cider vinegar 2 cups firmly paced brown sugar. 2t. mustard seed 1T.horseradish 1t.allspice 2t. Celery seed Chop all vegetables into very small pieces. Add other ingredients. Put on heat (low to med.) and boil for one half hour. Stir once and awhile.
