I know their cheeses--around here, SAM's Club and Wal-Mart Superstores carry the brand.. It's good, supposed to (if I've got my facts right) not have animal rennet, and most, if not all, is lactose-free. I like how the cheeses (all cheddar types) taste. I buy them often, but never directly from the company.
