Jeannie,

Sorry to be so nosey, but did you make a product purchase or something

similar in order to get the " free stuff " from Cabot's?  I know their

cheeses--around here, SAM's Club and Wal-Mart Superstores carry the brand..

It's good, supposed to (if I've got my facts right) not have animal rennet, and

most, if not all, is lactose-free.  I like how the cheeses (all cheddar types)

taste.  I buy them often, but never directly from the company.

Just curious, thank you very much for the info!

--Laura B., in Illinois (who loves many cheeses, though not too fond of Feta and

only mildly interested in Bleu/Blue cheese.)

re: Favorite Gadgets...

Favorite gadgets; rice cooker, box grater, food processor, nifty cheese slicer

sent to me free by Cabot Creameries (along with a gorgeous apron, a cow toy for

my dog Ursula, a bunch of coupons, recipes and a lovely letter), electric kettle

(I'm a tea fiend), coffee maker  stand mixer, hand blender, and two sizes of

crock pots..
