Guest guest Posted June 26, 2009 Report Share Posted June 26, 2009 I made a great salad the other day: Wild Rice and Asparagus Salad I cooked a couple of cups of rice, some mixed rice I had on hand along with some white rice, adding a veggie bouillon cube and a tablespoon of olive oil and and sea salt to taste. Steam 1 lb of asparagus for 15 minutes. Combine chopped asparagus, chopped red bell pepper, chopped red onion, chopped 1/2 cup of parsley with rice. Add a small amount of an oil and vinegar salad dressing or just oil and vinegar and mixed ground pepper and mix in. Chill for at least 3 hours. At the dentist the other day I got a great check up. I¹ve been vegetarian for a year now. I asked at the dentist who got better check ups vegetarians or non-vegetarians. They said definitely vegetarians.
