Slaw with Apples and Raisins

Slaw with Apples and Raisins

 

4 cs. grated cabbage

2 medium grated carrots

 

1 apple, diced

1/2 c. raisins

1/2 c. salad dressing

1 tsp.

salt

 

Toss all ingredients together until dressing is

evenly distributed. Chill before serving. Serves 6.

What kind of salad dressing do you use on this Slaw?

I would use a cole slaw or a honey mustard type dressing. I make something like

this.

Some folks call Mayo, salad dressing. I wonder if this is what was meant. I

use veganaise/mayo in mine usually.
