Sounds wonderful Donna. Beans, fresh fruit and cabbage are full of good stuff

our bodies need, especially our hearts.

I made a pressure cooker of pinto beans with epasote and a fresh chili

pepper, I grow both of those yay! Some coleslaw, fresh fruit and warn corn

tortillas, and some chard.
