I'm watching Dark Shadows on dvd right now from the library -- 2 or 3

episodes a night. I love them! Have not started having vampire nightmares

like my mother warned me I would (she watched it when she got home from

school, always hurried to catch the last 15 minutes) What was great was that

the first episode ever included the original commercials on the dvd --

pretty funny!

I'm a public library sale addict -- every year I say I absolutely can't find

room for any more books, and then of course (at $1 per hardcover and 50

cents per paperback), I can't resist. And I'm always amazed at how

many brand-new hardcovers are in that sale, plus brand-new-looking book

club editions of bestsellers. When I go through my bookcase and get rid of

stuff I'm not going to read again, I donate back to the library sale and/or

list on www.paperbackswap.com. (I've gotten brand-new hardcovers through

them, too -- maybe read once, if at all) I love books and do re-read the

best ones. The library sale's cookbook section is usually pretty sparse,

though. I could have a lot of fun with swaptree.com.... Thanks!
