Thanks Donna. :-) I'll add that to my wish list. I have 3 other

cookbooks on my amazon wish list. Thought I'd start with the 2 I

ordered and go from there. :-)

These are the other 3 books I will get in the near future. Are any of

these any good?

The New Vegetarian Epicure: Menus--with 325 all-new recipes--for family

and friends

by Anna Thomas

The New Enchanted Broccoli Forest (Mollie Katzen's Classic Cooking)

by Mollie Katzen

1,000 Vegetarian Recipes

by Carol Gelles

I have the 1,000 recipe book borrowed out of the library at the moment, it's

really good! I just can't afford to buy any more right now, so I'm going to

save a few of the recipes if I get time.

Thomas, those old recipes are wonderful. I'm sure you can get it used for a

penny plus postage on Amazon.

i really depend on my public library. where i live, you can reserve

bks online so i'm always reserved to the max allowed. i find it a

great way to find out whether a cookbook will really be worth buying,

even on amazon. some bks are great but my situation is somewhat

unique in that i'm vegetarian AND celiac, so if recipes don;'t seem

adaptable to both conditions, i cant use them. a book i " library

tested " was peter berley's " the modern vegetarian kitchen. "
