Guest guest Posted April 25, 2009 Report Share Posted April 25, 2009 This satisfied my craving for a hot crab dip I used to make. The mayo makes all of the difference -- don't use Miracle Whip. I don't know if Veganaise would taste right (I've never had it). I think I might add some shredded Quorn to this tomorrow and have it for lunch! Hot Creamy Artichoke Dip 1 13.75-oz can artichoke hearts, chopped 1 8-oz package " 1/3 less fat than cream cheese " 1 cup mayonnaise garlic or garlic powder to taste onion powder to taste dash of ground red pepper 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese Soften cream cheese in microwave, blend in mayo, parmesan, garlic, onion, red pepper, 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or hot and bubbly.
