Guest guest
Ask an elder neighbor who has years of cooking experience. They will enjoy your company and many love to share their ideas and recipes. They most likely will not prepare Vegetarian/Vegan but they can show you the basics. I had a dear elder German neighbor who taught me to make gravy when I was newly married. Another neighbor set a wonderful example for me to become a Vegetarian. If you are lucky enough to have a diverse group of neighbors you will learn amazing things. My Hispanic friends have taught me how to make some great *Mexican* recipes and my Italian neighbors make some wonderful pasta dishes and sauces. There are many elder people who are alone and have a wealth of knowledge to share. Not just cooking but gardening, sewing, canning, etc. Deanna in Colorado Also at recycled_gardens
