Guest guest Posted January 4, 2009 Report Share Posted January 4, 2009 I have re-found in my cupboard an unopened jar of Once Again brand, 100% organic Tahini which I would very much like to use. It still has its plastic seal so I know it has never been opened but it has a sell by date of (gulp) August 2005. I'd like some opinions about the safety of opening and using this. I don't quite know what Tahini tastes or smells like so I really can't check for myself. As I said, I sure would like to use this if it's not too unsafe to try. I'd love to hear any and all opinions.
