Guest guest Posted May 29, 2009 Report Share Posted May 29, 2009 I love to take a can of garbanzo beans and do this. Saute onion, garlic, Soyrizo and your favorite spices, for a few minutes. Add some thawed chopped spinach and the drained garbanzo beans. Simmer and stir a few minutes. Eat with steamed corn tortillas or spoon on rice. It is so good, you won't believe it.
