Guest guest
I just tried Linda McCartney's magical mystery tacos recipe using the crumbled tofu and it was fabulous! Really, really good. I don't remember if it was posted here, a link was shared or I was just surfing and found it, but here's the link to the recipe: http://www.recipezaar.com/Linda-McCartneys-Magical-Mystery-Tacos-20076 I can see myself experimenting with the recipe and altering it a bit to make a sloppy joes. OR...perhaps even using it over fat free refried beans to make Taco Salads etc. For those who already own McCartney's cookbooks: are they all good or is one better than the other? Thanks to whoever posted this super recipe! Judy in Ohio
Guest guest
I only have one so far. I just ordered her homecooking one off of Amazons used book (25 cents and shipping for a whopping $4.94). I haven't met a recipe of hers that I haven't liked so far.
