Guest guest
We have a nice little nursery down here (Tyty GA - don't blink, you'll miss it) and they have some Kalamata olive trees and something they call Chinese Strawberry trees (in the mulberry family) that look interesting. Has anyone on the list grown olives (we're solidly in zone 9, despite what the USDA chart says), or had experience with the Strawberry tree? We have a mulberry tree that bears huge crops that insure during that time of the year nothing is dried outside. There's nothing like putting the sheets out to dry only to discover huge purple splotches all over them, thanks to the birds. They also have Egyptian papyrus plants which I think need to come here to live around the pool our son gave us. Jeanne in GA
