Guest guest Posted December 31, 2008 Report Share Posted December 31, 2008 Brussels Sprouts with Maple Syrup 3 cups Brussels sprouts 1/4 cup maple syrup salt freshly ground black pepper If they need to be trimmed, remove the outer leaves from the sprouts. Cut the ends off, then slice them into halves and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes in boiling water until tender. Drain and toss with the maple syrup. Add salt and pepper to taste.
