Guest guest Posted July 26, 2009 Report Share Posted July 26, 2009 Ok -- Round II with the zucchini cakes! Used about 2 tsp of Old Bay (instead of 1 TBSP, which I thought was waaaaaayyyy too salty). Much better. I do want to try them with the kelp powder, too. Also, the smaller you make these suckers (like, flattened meatball-sized) the better they are. They fry faster, crisper, and cool faster.
