Guest guest
Here are few favorite breakfasts of mine - 1) Make steamfried red potatoes and onions, some grits. heat up some Loma Linda Little Links, and scramble some eggs. I love to stir them all together on my plate, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. It is so good. 2)Omelets are quick to make. I spray a frying pan and lightly saute some diced green pepper, canned or fresh mushrooms, sliced, diced onions, and diced tomatoes. Take out of the frying pan and set on a saucer. Into 2 well mixed eggs, add mixing in well, little spinkle of salt and garlic powder. Pour into sprayed med high heated frying pan(use same one that your sauted the veggies in). Tilt frying pan to spread egg all the way to the sides of the frying pan. Sprinkle a little cheddar cheese over it and the some of the sauted veggies. When egg is cooked all the way thru and no longer runny, fold up both sides towards the middle and slide out onto a plate. 3) Pancakes and baked Morningstar Farms Vegetarian " bac*n " strips. Serve with some Orange Juice. I love to spread crunchy peanut butter over my pancake before add the maple syrup. 4)Vanilla Yogurt stirred into some dry cereal and diced up fresh fruit, nuts and seeds(sunflower and green pumpkin). 5) Banana Sandwich made on hearty whole wheat toast. Spread one slice with crunchy peanut butter and the other slice with Veganaise/Mayo. Add sliced up bananas and cover with both slices of toast. Very good. 6)Grits, served with Betty Crocker Vegetarian Baco chips and shredded cheese to stir into when served. Diced up tomato and onion is also good to stir into this mixture in your bowl.
