Guest guest Posted May 15, 2009 Report Share Posted May 15, 2009 Indian Whole Wheat Roti 1 pound whole wheat flour 1 tsp. salt water for kneading Sieve flour and salt. Add water a little at a time. Knead into a medium soft dough. Divide into balls of equal portions. Apply some flour and roll into thin chapatis. Cook on griddle till puffed and cooked. Apply ghee to top side and offer while hot.
