Guest guest Posted July 16, 2009 Report Share Posted July 16, 2009 TVP Taco Soup 1/2 red onion, diced 1 can beans of choice, drained and rinsed (I used pinto b/c that's what I had) 1 can diced tomatoes, with juice 1 can corn (I use Green Giant " no salt added " and included the juice b/c I like the corn flavor, otherwise rinse and drain) 1 cup dry TVP 2 cups vegetable broth taco seasoning to taste fresh cilantro for garnish Saute onion in olive oil; when almost translucent, add canned vegetables, TVP, broth and taco seasoning.
