Once they taste it one way that they enjoy it, they are way more open to trying it in more recipes. It's like they develop new taste buds for enjoying it. Guest guest Posted August 20, 2009 Report Share Posted August 20, 2009 I used the patty pan in the zucchini muffins yesterday and couldn't tell the difference from what I usually make. I love the pattypan so I don't normally have enough to use in muffins. This year there is a ton though.
