There used to be one. I don;t recall the name of it, but the Chef was a man

named Curtis. It was just wonderful. I have written several times recommending a

return of this chef and show. I have yet to get even one response.

when I watch Top Chef or Food NEtwork Star, I always think I would love to join,

but I am not sure if I would be able to prepare the challenges.  But, to have

the opportunity of getting your own show/$10,000 to put towards vegetarian

education/restaurants/anything would be soooo very great.

Top Chef had a chef competing, Carla, who was a bit quirky-cute and made a few

dishes that were veggie/grain based.  I think she even made 2 or 3 strict

vegetarian meals and she made it to the top 3.

Even if Food Network put it on late at night or early in the morning, I would

still DVR it and watch (like every single other show I watch).

There was one a long time ago called Kathy's Kitchen I think. She

cooked

with weird stuff, I thought. Asafetida for one. I have the cookbook somewhere.
