My Favorite Sandwiches

1- Crunchy peanut butter with hot grilled onions on top.

2- Mashed banana with crunchy peanut butter and honey all mixed up.

3- A flour tortilla with hemp butter spread on it wrapped around a banana

4- Opened faced sourdough toasted and topped with boiled potato slices, sliced

olives, grilled onions and a splash of balsamic vinegar and a sprinkle of celtic

sea salt and herbs
