Guest guest
Diane, That's too funny - lemon curd considered ethnic lol. I got some this weekend and mixed it w/ some yogurt and brought it to work to eat for my morning snack. I think I may have finally found the perfect yogurt brand. I work part time in an organic grocery store and there is a farm near there that makes yogurt. I tried some last nite before I mixed the curd into it and it's not as sour as all the others I've tasted. Thanks for that idea. Next I will try blueberry preserves, I love blueberries. I don't blend it; I kind of layer some yogurt with a blob (1 Tbs?) of lemon curd in a 16 oz container and stir it and eat a quarter of the container every day. I usually get Nancy's brand plain low fat yogurt. The big tub lasts me almost a month sometimes. Perhaps the UK folk on here will get a laugh out of this: At my local grocery the lemon curd is on the " Ethnic " aisle with the HP Sauce and all the Asian and Mexican foods heehee.
