Guest guest Posted March 6, 2009 Report Share Posted March 6, 2009 If you happen to have a grain mill, you can make these yourself fresh for less than pennies and it only takes a minute. Just put your favorite dry beans, peas or lentils mix " through the mill " and make bean flour. Add in herbs and salt as you prefer. A more dilute mix makes a good base for veggie stock, broth or gravy. You can even mix beans and brown rice to have a complete protein(!).
