Guest guest Posted May 20, 2009 Report Share Posted May 20, 2009 Pureed Lima Beans 2 cups cooked lima beans 2 tbsps. olive oil alt and freshly ground pepper to taste grating of nutmeg chopped fresh parsley for garnish Combine the lima beans, olive oil, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in an electric food processor or food mill and process until smooth. Reheat in a small saucepan over low heat prior to serving if necessary. Garnish with chopped parsley.
