Guest guest Posted May 20, 2009 Report Share Posted May 20, 2009 Carrots and Apples 8 carrots 15 ounces apple pie filling 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons butter 1/8 teaspoon paprika Peel carrots and cut into 1'' slices. Place in a large saucepan. Cook in a small amount of water until tender; drain. Add apple pie filling and sugar; mix well. Transfer to a shallow 9 " baking dish and dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
