I wash it, let it air dry and I freeze in small baggies.

If you are going to add it to soups and stews you can put in ice cube trays with

water and pop the cubes out and toss into the soup pot when needed. I rarely

need to frozen, I use a bunch a week.

How do you freeze your cilantro?

Sounds good -- I made taco soup and froze it in individual servings to take

to work but I like to put cilantro in it after it's heated. :) I know,

crazy, it's summer, but they turn the AC up so high there that I just about

freeze to death, so hot soup is good for lunch. :)

Thanks!

Wash, chop and stuff in zip lock bags making sure all the air is out, and just

place in the freezer. Or use any recyclable container if you prefer. In the

summer I grab a chunk of it as needed for raw or cooked salsas. It looses

flavor when freezing, but it is OK since I got lots of it. It works pretty well

in cooked dishes too, like curries.
