Guest guest Posted August 2, 2009 Report Share Posted August 2, 2009 Hello Group, I just want suggestions from members who have successfully frozen and thawed oat meal. I want to make a big pot of steel cut oats and freeze them in single serve portions. Has anybody done this and if so what are some good tips to follow? Also I would like to use freezer bags to save space. Suggestions on a good brand of bags would be helpful also. Last ones wish I could remember the brand did not work well and some of things I froze a few months ago taste like the freezer. Yuck. FYI I am making the oats plain nothing added.
