Guest guest Posted June 28, 2009 Report Share Posted June 28, 2009 I steamed some coarsely chunked: Kohlrabi 2 small potatoes 4 small carrots 1/4 onion The last couple of minutes I added the sliced kohlrabi greens. I served all this over whole wheat pasta cooked in vegetable broth with a dressing of balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic and ginger. This was just a thrown together dinner at the last minute, but it was really good. My carnivore husband even went back for seconds.
