HI Audrey,

 

Thanks for the welcome,

 

I've dug out the menu of what we had in our tapas last night! It wasnt really

tapas more like a tasting menu, with little tiny portions of each thing for each

person...

 

Roasted Red Pepper and Flat Leaf Parsley Tortilla

Blue Cheese and Pear Fritter

Chinese Style Stirfried Vegtable and Bean sprout Noodles

Baby Jacket Potatoe Filled with Vegtable Chilli

Saute Wild Mushroom and Red Onion on a Alioli Croute

Black Olive, Feta, Cucumber, Tomato and Mint Ravioli

 

In some ways it was too many flavours, for one time and one meal - but you had

to just go with it and enjoy it really..! The blue cheese and pear fritter was

specially awesome and will be subject to attempted replication at home

shortly... I'll keep you posted,
