Guest guest
Now that coconut milks sounds divine. I love unsweetened coconut and nutmeg........ Have you ever eaten the unsweetened coconut flakes(like shaved coconut strips) by Bob's Red mill? They are mucho good to snack on, and add to cereal, fruit salad, etc...... I really dislike sweetened coconut because it is way to sweet to me. Is that where you find your tapioca starch to make the yogurt with? Guest guest
i get the tapioca starch and agar and most everything from BarryFarm.com, mainly because they have a good selection... the shipping is a bit high, but they are only one state from me (OH), so it's not so bad i have not tried bob's red mill coconut, but i do get unsweetened - i'll have to try some i LOVE fresh coconut, but i rarely get it here. The milk i made with the coconut and nutmeg, i warmed it a bit in the microwave and some this evening, instead of my usual tea > Have you ever eaten the unsweetened coconut flakes(like shaved coconut strips) by Bob's Red mill? > Is that where you find your tapioca starch to make the yogurt with? > Judy
