I use firm tofu which I slice and marinate in teriyaki sauce preferably overnight but doesnt have to be. Grill on a grill or on stovetop grill pineapple ring. Grill some cut veggies, usually for me it is cut onions,cherry tomatoes,zuchini,mushrooms,pineapple & eggplant. I will make some rice with lentils in it and voila!! To plate place the grilled tofu on plate with pineapple ring on it, grilled veggies on the side & surround with a heaping serving of the rice. A perfectly healthy & delish meal.
