Guest guest
Hey, we all have our own goals and strategies that work for us, and if they don't work, we can change them. I counted calories for a while, but got bored. Now my goal is to only have dessert (I'm a serious chocolate lover) on days that I go to aerobics -- but not until AFTER class! We have to reward ourselves for our good behavior. Audrey S.
