Guest guest Posted February 2, 2009 Report Share Posted February 2, 2009 Rae's Vegan Crock Cheeze Ingredients 1/2 Cup organic raw cashews 2 oz. red pimentos 1/4 cup organic lemon juice 3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Nutritional Info Fat: 3.9g Carbohydrates: 4.6g Calories:63.5 Protein: 3.1g Grind cashews in blender. Then add rest of the ingredients. Blend in blender until very smooth. Chill until firm. Serve with crackers.
