Hey Catherine,

I really admire your veganism, I was for a few years but lapsed due to my love

of some dairy key products but i do try and use vegan other products etc. I am

hoping to go vegan again at some point, but not just now! Your family sounds

great! 10 kids that's so lovely, a logistical nightmare at times im sure..hee

hee, but never a dull moment. I have just had my own little one and now

understand how difficult, but great it is looking after one little one never

mind 10. Wales is beautiful I have been a few times. Just wanted to send you and

your hubby a big hello.

New member intro .... from Wales

 

 

 

 

 

Hi!

I'm Cath and was a Vegetarian from 1983-2004 and have been a vegan since 2004.

My husband is wonderful and been a vegan longer than me. I have 5 children and

my hubby has 5 children!! All 10 are vegetarians! The eldest at 18 is doing

A'levels and is hoping to study Particle Physics and Astrophysics at Uni this

year. we have 4 here permanently ... 2 or 3 extra at school holiday times. As

they are getting older it is harder to get all 10 together. We have 6 girls 12,

12, 14, 15, 17+18 and 4 boys 10, 10, 14+15!!!!!!! !!!!

The children are all fit, healthy and bright!

I am disabled due to surgery that went wrong!! But not an unhealthy vegan!!!!!

We live in Powys in Wales and my husband and I and some of the children all do

cooking. I cook with lots of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Honey .... so it's

better for my weight if I don't cook!!!!!

I'm looking forward to browsing through all the receipes on here and hope I can

translate my ''guess it and make it up as I go along '' receipes into followable

words!!!
