Guest guest
Hello everyone, My name is Cheri. Hubby is Warren. We live in PA. We have 3 daughters. One angel girl blessed to be born into Heaven. Two angel girls blessed to be born into our arms. We have been trying to eat healthy for years. Trying so many of the fad diets. Our youngest who is 7 yrs old has had many health issus since birth. She wont even touch meat. Has never touched it since she could eat solids. We would always push her to try to eat a bit of everything on her plate. Well maybe she was the one destined to show us the way...LOL. Then our oldest daughter who is 13 yrs old is Type 1 diabetic and wears a insulin pump. We can never find a good enough diet to keep her numbers in good range for the life of us. Then me and hubby have been trying to just find a new way of life for our own health and to also set a good example for the girls. So we came across a friend who does Food combinding. We may still look into this also. She is also vegetarian. We thought to ourselves. We dont eat alot of red meat. Dont like fish. Barely touch pork. Only really ate chicken. We love veggies, love fruits and love trying new things. SO to be healthy. Stay healthy. Show our children a new life that can be healthier. We have made the decision to become vegetarian. Still eating dairy and eggs. NO MEATS. We have done this before. NOt sure 100% how to go about it. Obviously take meat from our diets. We went to library last night got a few cookbooks and other books on differants vegetables out there. Figured it was a start. So we look forward to learning all we can. Trying out all the yummy recipes. An advice or comments on this new transition would be greatly apprecaited. The Keperling Bunch
