Enchiladas problem

I made cheese and spinach enchiladas last night, just kind of a made-up

recipe. That's what most of my recipes are, after finding lots of other

people's recipes for a dish, I end up throwing approximate amounts of

ingredients in (depending on what I like) and seeing what happens. :)

 

I did use an enchilada sauce recipe that I think I got from this group's

files, which was awesome, I didn't have to add anything to it. I'll have to

figure out where that came from and let you know.

 

The enchiladas tasted great, but my problem is that the corn tortillas kind

of disintegrated while the enchiladas baked! I don't know what happened,

maybe the spinach was too watery or I baked them too long... Any ideas??
