Guest guest Posted May 8, 2009 Report Share Posted May 8, 2009 When I was in Ottawa, Canada about a year, I had this bread at a Lebanese deli type restaurant (the people I was with referred to the bread as pizza). The bread came with various things on it, like cheese, herbs, ground beef(substitute with vegetarian burger), I think. I had one that was something like thyme or rosemary and cheese, I think. It was a really soft, thick disk of bread that you would fold up and eat. I have no idea what this is called and I would love to try to make it at home. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
