Guest guest Posted February 14, 2009 Report Share Posted February 14, 2009 Celery with White Bean Hummus 1/4 lb. canned white kidney beans rinsed drained 1 tbsp. tahini 2 tsps. shallots chopped 2 tsps. lemon juice freshly squeezed 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 dsh pepper 1 tbsp. fresh dill finely chopped or 1/2 tsp. dried dillweed 2 medium celery ribs cut into ten 2 " pieces In food processor, combine all ingredients except dill and celery and process until mixture resembles a smooth paste.
