Guest guest
Ut really is good. It was really a recipe of muy girlfriends from way back and each time I made it I would alter it a bit more and she liked the finished recipe better. We both gave it that name lol I'm happy you enjoyed it. I loosened the sides by running a knife all the way around after it had set for 15 minutes or so. I laid a plate over it and flipped it over the the loaf fell in one piece onto the plate. I decided I wanted the bottom a little crispier, so I put it back into the loaf pan with the bottom side up and put it back into the oven for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees. I put the plate back over the top of the loaf dish and flipped it all over the loaf nicely came out onto the plate. I sliced off enough slices for dinner. It is great! You can find the recipe for this in the bean recipe and then click on the subfolder of burgers and loaves. %2ARecipes/Beans%20%20%26%2\ 0Legumes%20%28as%20main%20ingredient%29%20Hummus%20Recipes/Burgers%20%26%20Loave\ s/ Thanks Donna for sharing this delicious recipe.
