Dried Beans and Peas in Pressure Cooker - Charts with Guidlines

I rinse the dried beans and then add to a pot of boiling water and boil for 5

minutes, covered. Turn off the burner, leave pot on hot burner and keep

covered. Let set for 1 hour and then rinse again and cover with water to 2

inches over the beans. Cook in your pressure cooker according to this dried

bean chart. Lentils and split peas, don't need to be soaked and a few others as

you'll see on this chart.
