Guest guest
I rinse the dried beans and then add to a pot of boiling water and boil for 5 minutes, covered. Turn off the burner, leave pot on hot burner and keep covered. Let set for 1 hour and then rinse again and cover with water to 2 inches over the beans. Cook in your pressure cooker according to this dried bean chart. Lentils and split peas, don't need to be soaked and a few others as you'll see on this chart. http://www.missvickie.com/howto/beans/howtobeantypes.html & http://missvickie.com/howto/beans/bean-cooking.html & http://www.vegparadise.com/charts.html Judy
