Guest guest Posted February 22, 2009 Report Share Posted February 22, 2009 I meant to mention that I double the recipe below and use a whole 16 oz can of Libby's canned pumpkin puree so I don't have leftover canned pumpkin. The Pumpkin Oatmeal makes great leftovers the next few mornings for breakfast. Just reheat it in the microwave. I put some craisens in mine this morning, when I cooked it. Just delicious!
