I've always been a vegetarian and i love my greens Here's one of my favourite recipes..It's simple, it's yummy and the best part is, you can make it with leftover rice! Tomato Rice You'll need : Tomatoes Chopped - 2 Chopped onion - 1 big Garam Masala - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1/4 tsp (optional) Canola oil - 2 tbsp Mustard seeds - a few Cooked Rice Chopped cilantro - for garnishing Salt to taste Heat oil in a wok and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onion and saute till the onion turns pink. Add garam masala and red chilli powder and saute till oil starts leaving the sides of the wok. Add tomatoes and saute.
