General ingredients for the quinoa tabouli. It comes out different every time. mix the following ingredients together: 1/4 cup olive oil juice of one lemon 2-3 cloves of minced garlic 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1-2 celery stalks, finely chopped green or red onion, to taste 1 lg or 2 sm tomatoes, diced Add 2 cups cooked quinoa, cooled to room temperature.
