Guest guest
Here are some really good ones that I've enjoyed making and lots more to try. Basically I add a little liquid to my Vita-mix, either water, juice, or milk, some frozen and fresh fruit, and some fresh raw greens(kale, collards, spinach, etc). When you first start making green smoothies, use less greens. The more you drink these, the more greens you start wanting to add to your smoothies. Add some ice. Taste and add sweetener of choice to taste, if needed. Sometimes I add Vanilla yogurt to my smoothies. http://www.vitamix.com/household/health/green_smoothie.asp http://www.youtube.com/results?search_type= & search_query=green+smoothies & aq=f Yours to Enjoy, Judy - Barbara Battibulli Saturday, April 11, 2009 5:25 PM Green Smoothies Will you share some of your recipes?
