Guest guest Posted January 11, 2009 Report Share Posted January 11, 2009 I was going to add that their Nut Loaf is a favorite for slicing and making sandwiches with. You just cut off both ends and use one end lid to press it out of the other end of the can. I push out a slice worth and cut it against the edge of the can and repeat. Then just spread some mayo or veganaise on your bread, add a slice of the nut loaf, some sliced red onions and slices of bread and butter or dill pickles. You can also put it in a food processor with some veganaise and process until mostly smooth. Then stir in some diced celery, onions and dill pickle relish to make a wonderful sandwich spread for sandwiches or crackers.
